Always love scrolling through your images, whatever they are; overcooked, perfectly cooked, film, doesn’t matter they’re all enjoyable!

Love these! I like photographing mundane scenes like these that most people would ignore. You always find little gems in these. Maybe I’m being juvenile, but the falling pricks sign got me good. And that cat, man!

Thanks, man! Yeah it was a day for that kind of photography for sure. The falling pricks sign was classic, it was there forever. The building is torn down now, I wish I’d have been able to grab that sign.

I love the one with the cat in the window. The colors in it go so well together.

Thanks Birgitte! Yeah it’s a very monochromatic image, that cat blends right in.

I have an XE-2; there are some recipes which works with the camera but mostly I shoot with the modes already on the camera.

Yeah I’m finding myself doing that more and more. Definitely gives me a more malleable starting point in Lightroom too if I need it.

Do you have any preferences in the modes already on camera? Do you only shot b&w?

I shoot mostly with the Classic Chrome mode but I convert to b&w in post. When I go to shoot with my Canon / Kodak I tend to have b&w on as a default. The colors from my XE-2 feels different, it is probably the Classic Chrome that does this.

I’ll have to try converting from Classic Chrome, your stuff has such a vibe.
