Droppin' Bombs
A May delivery of fresh sprayed goods.
For the last two weekends, I’ve spent time in some areas that I haven’t ventured to in a while (and a few I frequent often), to document the graf around town, like I do. This time though, it was in an effort to get some of this stuff photographed before it’s gone for good.
The Halifax Commons Skatepark is getting a refresh; they are tearing out the iconic park that’s been there for years and putting in a new one. The amount of graf that has come and gone from that spot over the years is incalculable. Iconic pieces that once stood there were painted over time and time again, as new writers tried to find a foothold amongst Halifax’s finest.
Throughout this article, you’ll see the work of some prolific local writers, particularly, Haste, and Serk. These guys get around and rarely stick to one style, a testament to the amount of effort they put in to study the kings and queens while putting in their own twists.

Not sure if you can tell from these photos, but I’m still working out how to edit Nikon D750 raws. It’s different than what I'm used to and I'm gonna be dialing in for a good while. For now I’ve got something I can deal with, but I’m still a good distance from something I like.
If anyone’s got any hot Lightroom editing tips for full frame Nikon DSLR raws, hit me up in the comments.
Stay focused.

Need to shoot that "gravy" on phoenix 1 and underexpose it by a couple of shots. Man that skate park looks so damn good.
You are a bad influence for me, Dan. You made me order Lucky film (still waiting!), and after seeing your D750 in the field (along with Lucy Lumen videos), I want to get one (for night photos, honestly). But I'm not sure yet, as I'm still married to film, haha.
Good job, amigo. I love cool graffiti work.
